NO YEAST FLATBREAD ππ by Kylie Recipes
2 cups all purpose flour
1 t baking powder
1/2 t salt
1/2 cup (120ml) water
1/4 cup (60ml) milk
2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
In a large mixing bowl combine the all purpose flour, baking powder, and salt and mix well.
Create a well in the center of the mixture and pour in the water, milk, and olive oil or melted butter.
Mix the ingredients together until they form a dough.
Knead the dough for a few minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
Divide the dough into equal portions depending on the desired size of your flatbreads.
Roll each portion of the dough out on a floured surface to create a thin flat disc.
Heat a skillet over medium high heat.
Once heated place the rolled out flatbread onto the skillet.
Cook the flatbread on one side for about 1 to 2 minutes or until bubbles start forming on the surface and the bottom begins to turn golden brown.
Flip the flatbread and cook the other side for another 1 to 2 minutes.
Remove the flatbread from the skillet and let it cool on a wire rack.
Repeat the process with the remaining dough.
Serve the flatbread warm or at room temperature with your desired toppings or fillings.
This flatbread is great for wraps, sandwiches, or as a side to any meal.
You can also add different herbs or spices to the dough to give it more flavor.
Resepi Sambal Ikan Bilis
Bahan - bahan :
Bawang putih
Bawang merah
Cili kisar
Ikan bilis
Minyak masak
Pes asam jawa
2 biji Bawang besar dipotong nipis
Garam
Gula
Serbuk secukup rasa/pak aji
Cara - cara :
1. Sediakan kuali
2. Panaskan dlm 2 senduk minyak masak.
3. Cuci ikan bilis. Toskan. Goreng ikan bilis sehingga garing.
Angkat & toskan.
4. Masukkan dalam 1 setengah senduk bawang kisar. (Bawang putih & bawang merah)
Masukkan 1 sudu garam. Garam ni petua untuk bawang cepat garing. Bila bawang dah garing..warna keperangan masukkan cili kisar dalam 2 senduk.
5. Masukkan beberapa sudu gula. Gula ni masuk awal sebab untuk cili cepat garing. Masukkan pes asam jawa. Saya guna pes adabi sebab tak payah bancuh guna air.
6. Kacau rata.. masukkan bawang besar dipotong nipis. Budak2 tak suka mkn bawang kan. Tapi bila buat mcmni tak nampak ader bawang. Biasa org berniaga nak bagi nampak banyak sambal. Taruk bawang besar ni banyak2.
7. Slowkan api. Kacau sambal sampai betul2 garing. Proses ni ambik masa sikit. Bila dah ramai orang bersin.. bermakna sambal tu dah cukup garing.
8. Masukkan air panas/suam. Dalam 2 cawan. Kacau rata. Biar sambal pekat skit. Baru masukkan ikan bilis goreng tadi.
9. Kacau rata. Rasakan garam & gula secukupnya. Tutup api. Siap.

Resepi Nasi Lemak
Beras
1 biji kelapa parut (blend - 2 kali perahan santan)
Garam secukup rasa
Daun pandan
Hirisan halia ( jika suka, tak payah letak pon ok)
Cara - cara :
Cuci beras bersih2.
Masukkan santan mengikut sukatan beras yg nak dimasak. Sukatan air/santan mengikut jenis beras yang biasa dimasak sebab ader yg jenis kene lebih air. Ader jenis yang cepat lembik. Saya guna kaedah sukatan jari.
Ukur berapa tinggi beras dengan jari tengah.
Pastu sukatan air/santan sama paras ukuran tinggi beras (jari letak atas beras bukan dlm beras bila sukat paras air)
Masukkan garam. Kacau rata.
Daun pandan dicuci. Carik2 kan. Ikat.
Masukkan dlm periuk nasi.
Bahan-bahan :
1. Bawang holand 1biji- potong dadu
2. Bawang putih 3 biji - kasi tumbuk je (mood malas nak racik2)
3. Sos tomato
4. Sos cili
5. Kari daging - 1peket
6. Daging hancur ramly - 1peket kecik jea
7. Cendawan - 1 tin (potong kecik2)
Cara Masak :
1. Tumis bawang holland ngan bawang putih..
2. Dah naik bau, masukkan daging hancur
3. Gaul2 sampai masak
4. Masukkan serbuk kari yg dah di letak skit dgn air...kacau2 sebati dgn daging tu
5. Masukkan sos tomato dan sos cili - ni agak2 la letak byk mana..dlm 3 sudu ok dah tu
6. Jgn lupa letak perasa
7. Sosej rebus dulu
8. Beli roti panjang gardenia tu je
9. Potong roti, letak sosej dan letak kuah daging tu atas ni..suka bawang letak taburan bawang atasnya..

Homemade pancakes
Ingredients:
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• 2 tablespoons of sugar
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 egg
• 1 cup of milk
• 2 tablespoons melted butter
• 1 teaspoon vanilla essence (optional)
Before making pancakes, make sure you have all the ingredients on hand and the pan is very hot. A homogeneous mixture and small bubbles on the surface will indicate the perfect moment to turn them. Enjoy cooking!
Preparation:
• In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
• In another bowl, beat the egg and then add the milk, melted butter and vanilla essence. Mix well.
• Pour the liquid mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until well combined. The dough may have some lumps, but don’t worry too much about that.
• Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat and spread with a little butter or oil.
• Pour small portions of batter into the hot pan to form the pancakes. Cook each side until bubbles appear on the surface and the edges are golden brown.
• Flip the pancake and cook the other side until golden brown.
• Repeat the process with the rest of the dough.
And that’s it! You can enjoy your homemade pancakes with maple syrup, fresh fruits, whipped cream or any other topping of your choice. Enjoy!

RESEPI ROTI ARAB
500 gm tepung gandum
1 sdb yis
1 sdb susu tepung
2 sdb butter
2 sdb gula
1 biji telor
1 cawan air
Garam
Cara-Cara :
1)Satukan semua bahan dah uli sehingga elastik.
2)Biarkan adunan sehinggan kembang 2 kali ganda.
3)Tumbuk2 adunan untuk buang angin dlm tepung dan bentukkan bulat2 ikut besar mana kita nak.
4) Bahagikan kepada 10 bahagian
5)Canai dan rehatkan atas dulang pembakar selama 10 minit.
(Masa canai tu tabur sikit tepung supaya tidak melekat, dulang tu sapu sikit butter atau minyak)
6)Bakar 150c selama 20 minit
7) Siap
